Terms of Service
Effective date: June 16, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Noema Studio website and your engagement with services offered by Michelle Malbeuf, Psychedelic Integration Practitioner. By booking a discovery call, completing an intake form, or entering into a service agreement, you agree to these terms.
Nature of Services
Noema Studio offers psychedelic preparation and integration support. This is personal growth work conducted within a coaching framework. It is not therapy, counselling, psychiatric treatment, or medical care, and Michelle Malbeuf is not a therapist, psychiatrist, or physician in the context of this practice.
Services include preparation sessions, integration sessions, microdosing support, and facilitated journey support where applicable. The scope of each engagement is outlined in your service agreement.
Eligibility
Services are available to adults aged 18 and over who are residents of Canada. Engaging our services constitutes your representation that you meet these criteria.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services to anyone who, in our professional judgment, is not a suitable candidate for this work, or whose needs exceed the scope of what this practice offers.
Controlled Substances
Noema Studio does not provide, source, supply, or recommend specific sources for any controlled substance. Clients are solely responsible for any decisions regarding the acquisition or use of psychedelic substances, and for compliance with applicable Canadian law.
Preparation and integration coaching exists in a legal space distinct from the facilitation or administration of controlled substances. Michelle Malbeuf operates strictly within this scope.
Fees and Payment
Service fees are outlined in your service agreement and on the Noema Studio website. Payment is processed securely through Practice Better and Stripe.
For the Transformation Package, 50% of the total fee is due upon entering the container. The remaining 50% is due before your journey experience. For the Microdose Method, full payment or two installments are available as outlined in your agreement. Single sessions and the Holding Space add-on are payable in full upon booking.
All fees are in Canadian dollars.
Refund Policy
Payments made are non-refundable. If you choose to exit a container before its completion, no further payments are owed and the remaining balance is waived. No refund will be issued on amounts already paid.
In the event that Michelle Malbeuf is unable to continue services due to circumstances beyond her control, arrangements will be made on a case-by-case basis.
Confidentiality
All information shared within the client relationship is held in strict confidence. Information will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where required by law, or where there is a reasonable belief of imminent risk of harm to you or others.
Scope and Referral
This practice operates within the scope of psychedelic integration coaching. Where concerns arise that exceed this scope, including active psychiatric conditions, unprocessed trauma requiring clinical depth, or medication management, Michelle Malbeuf will communicate this clearly and support you in finding appropriate clinical resources.
Limitation of Liability
Noema Studio and Michelle Malbeuf make no guarantees regarding outcomes. Psychedelic experiences and integration work are inherently personal and variable. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own readiness, honesty, and commitment to the process.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noema Studio's liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
Amendments
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
